Print the content of the Annotations And Comments

I would like to print the content of the Annotations and comments from a PDF file. I would like this summary of comments on a single page.

Have you tried the Summarize Comments option under the Print dialog?

The result will not necessarily be a single page, though. It depends on how many comments you have...
