Print to pdf changes page size

I created a 7 x 10 document in Word 10. In order to convert to pdf with all fonts embedded, I have to "print to pdf", as opposed to saving as pdf or exporting. When I print to pdf, acrobat defaults to a B5 page size, which is smaller than 7 x 10. How do I correct this? Thank you.
