Print to PDF from Word

I recently ended a free Adobe Premium trial but now I am no longer able to print to PDF from Word. Moreover, the free trial made several changes in the Office menu's (e.g. save as Adobe PDF) that remain but no longer work.

The Adobe PDF printer is a part of Acrobat. If you don't have Acrobat any longer then you can't use that feature.

You should still be able to use Microsoft's conversion to PDF commands, though.

Thanks. I am already using the Microsoft cenversion tools now. However, I still have my Adobe account. The fact that I cannot return to my 'old way of working', after finishing the free trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro, simply does not seem fair.

Hi @Len38741644wmce

You may try using the Acrobat cleaner tool: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html to uninstall Acrobat from the machine. Once done, restart your machine once; all instances of Acrobat should get removed or cleared from your machine.

Let us know if you have further questions.
