print to pdf port Documents\*.pdf and printer will not install after AcrobatDCUpd1901220040

I can install Acrobat pro DC up to version AcrobatDCUpd1901220040 with no issues to it installing the adobe pdf printer but once you attempt to go past it on to 47 and up to the newest AcrobatDCUpd2000620034 the Adobe pdf printer will not install. windows 10 1809. not an antivirus issue. It seems as if during the install of the port itself, Documents\*.pdf, fails and when it goes to install the printer using that port it tries to use com1 port and doesn't isntall.

I can force it to at least install the printer and driver by shutting off the print spooler when upgrading but it still doesn't function due to the port not being created.

I just installed Acrobat Pro x64.  It set itself to COM1:  and did not install Documents\*.pdf.   I tried to MODIFY install. No errors, no fix.  I tried to install Distiller and it is missing files.

I installed 7 day trial and this is useless to me.  Is there a fix?  I need to be able to print togenuine Adode PDF.
