Printer Dialog Dropdowns not readable

My boss is having the following issue with the Printer Properties dialog box.  
Anyone know what might cause this issue or how to fix it?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described the dropdown of the printer dialogue is not readable.

 

Please check for any missing/pending update for the printer driver and firmware and try updating it and check. You may also try to remove the printer driver and reboot the computer once and then reinstall the printer driver from the manufacturer website.
