Printing a PDF document with highlights

I have been trying to find a toggle somewhere that will allow highlights in a PDF to print.  For some reason a page that has a highlighted text will not print with the highlights. I am using Acrobat Pro DC version 19.012.20035.4663.

Can someone help me with this issue?  Thank you.

    In the Print dialog make sure to select "Document and Markups" under the "Comments & Forms" drop-down.
