printing a web page to pdf

When printing a web page to a pdf, maps do NOT get saved.  on another computer they are. Clearly it's a setting somewhere, but where??

In the browser presumably, as the printer driver doesn't decide what to include or not. (You mean a picture of a map of a place, I assume, not an interactive thing).

the map in web page looks fine; when printing to a pdf, one computer captures the map, one doesn't. has to be a setting somewhere?
