Printing A3 and A4 in same document

Hi,

I'm looking to print a pdf booklet where the front page is A4, the middle pages are A3 (i.e. text and image spans across the middle and the back page is A4. 

What are the Adobe settings for this please?

    If I understand correctly, you have a multipage pdf set up as single pages and you want to print to a booklet, keeping the cover, first page, inside back cover and back cover as single pages (A4)? if so, you would need to replace those  pages with blank pages and discard them after printing, then print the 4 pages as two single pages. If the inside pages are already in "reader spreads" (A3) then print booklet won't work, as print booklet assumes the book will be folded and stapled in "printer spreads".
