When printing an Adobe file, the pages come out of the printer blank.  In looking at the print order (File, Print), the pages show blank as well.

Hi christophere28771827

Try to follow below mention steps and see if it works:

1-Uncheck Print on both sides of paper, launch Acrobat for ex>open the file>File>Print>select your printer under Printer>uncheck the box which says Print on both sides of paper>Print

2- If that doesn't work try printing as an Image, click Advanced>check the box "Print As Image">OK

Could you please let me know the application you are trying to print from- Adobe Reader/Acrobat?

What is the version of the application?

For ex. for Acrobat DC , go to Help menu>select About Adobe Acrobat DC

Which operating system do you have-Windows/Mac

Have you tried printing from other applications like MSWord/Text Edit

Printing as an image doesn't work.  Printing from all other applications works fine.  Windows 10.

Hi thomasl640999

Could you confirm if you are also getting blank pages when trying to print pdfs? Which application are you using to print pdfs- Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat?

Try updating Reader/ Acrobat to the latest patch using "Check for updates" option under "Help" menu, reboot the machine after installing update and try again. You may also download updates from here: Adobe software and product updates
