Printing Bookmarks

I have a pdf with 100 bookmarks.

Using Adobe Pro XI,  how do i print all the bookmarks in one go and offset them at the printer so i can easily tab them up pls? One and two sided.

Pls help

    I just tested in X and this did not work, however it did work correctly in DC.

    40 page PDF - page 1 and page 40 bookmarked:

    EDIT:

    In X, the selected bookmarks are sent directly to the printer without the print dialog popping up, however in DC the print dialog does pop up with the bookmarked pages pre-populated.

      Ok, thanks for all your help on this everyone. I am now thinking that the pdfs supplied to me are flawed in someway regarding the bookmarks. I have just created a test pdf below and have tried to print the actual bookmarks which print fine, as seen below...

      Hi Anand Sri,

      I do NOT want to print a LIST of bookmarks. I want to print the actual bookmarks, in one go, to a printer offsetting each bookmark in the printer output tray.

        Maybe you mean not a lot of bookmarks, but a lot of files? And you want to print them all to different trays?

        As per the description above, you want to print the bookmarks from a PDF file, is that correct?

        Hi Anand,

        I am not sure you understand what I am after. I work in a law firm where I am presented with one huge pdf with, say, 100 bookmarks.

        I need to print all the bookmarks either single or double sided so I can then put tabs in where each bookmark has offset itself on the printer.
