Printing DC vs XI

I have a client who can print a PDF document perfect in Acrobat XI but when they print that same document in Acrobat DC about a half inch of the right side of the document doesn't print. The text is missing all the way down the right side. It looks fine in print preview and we've checked about everything setting that would affect this but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Sorry for the delay in response to your query.

What version of Acrobat DC you are working with? Open Acrobat>Help>About Acrobat.

Adobe Acrobat official update (19.008.20080) containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Update
