Printing documents

Question

Up until about the middle of last week I could print documents - Now I get a message that "The document could not be printed"

I have tried to uninstall AR DC and connot reinstall it - I reinstalled windows back t a previous date, but still cannot get docs to print -

Using Win 10

Any help would be most useful

As mentioned above, when you give the "Print" command the error message comes up as "Document could not be printed". So does this happen with all the file or just one specific PDF?

If you are still experiencing the same problem, then you may refer to the help document and follow the troubleshooting steps suggested in that.
