Printing from DC Reader says Not Responding but prints anyway but kills the application.

I have a user who has just started experiencing an issue when printing. She is a Windows 7 user using Reader DC and when she prints the progress bar gets halfway across and says 100%. The document does get sent to the printer (through CopiTrak) but DC is stuck with the progress bar on screen. The only way to get rid is to kill the process. She's the only user experiencing this problem.

Hi Jamier,

Sorry for the delay in response and to hear about the trouble.

Adobe Acrobat official update (19.008.20080) is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Update

Preferred link-Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

Please install the latest update and see if that helps you solving the problem.
