Printing from internet in acrobat X always prints as image. How do I print as readable text?

Printing from internet in acrobat X always prints as image. How do I print as readable text?  When I convert the image to readable text, it loses quality and legibility. I used to use 9, which did this just fine. I have looked for setting to change but cannot locate one. Please help.
