Printing lines without the background?

I have to fill out this form daily. 90% of it is the same repetitive stuff each time. I want to fill out the pdf via Acrobat Pro and print it out on the actual form seen here. Print options> comments & forms > form field only. seems to be the only spot where I can print out what I fill in without printing out the background (the form/the pic attached here). If I fill it in via Tools>Fill&sign. Nothing appears in the print window. If I fill it in via Comments everything appears like I want it to, except the lines. I have to draw vertical and horizontal lines to indicate hours worked. Those lines do not show up when printing after adding them via Tools>Comments. If I go to Tools>Edit PDF. none of that stuff seems to show up either if I have Form Fields Only checked. How can I add lines to be printed without the whole form printing?

Last question is I've figured out how to rotate text via Tools>Edit PDF only. Can it not be done from Tools>Comments? Or any other way that I could have appear on the Form Fields Only setup?
