Printing multiple ranges in one command

I want to print all pages of a pdf document. They need to be printed on both sides of the paper when multiple pages. But some pages need to be single side.

For example:
6 page document needs to be printed in 4 ranges: (1, 2-3, 4, 5-6). 

The single pages are address cover sheets for mailouts. The double-sided ranges are the letter itself. 

When I type the ranges just like that (1, 2-3, 4, 5-6), it just prints everything out at once on 3 double-sided sheets. It needs to be 4 separate sheets (2 singles and 2 doubles).

Any way to get it to do this? Or am I stuck with creating 4 different print jobs each time?
