Printing or PDF signed documents Questions

Hello everyone. Love the the new forum!

I have a question about creating signed documents with PDF. 

Today, I rec'ved 2 forms that I need to fill out and send back. 

In the past, I used to just sign and pdf but this time I had to add a signature. 

When I did this I had adobe verify my signature then I validated the document. 

All of this I did inside of Adobe Acrobat, 21.007.20099

But the problems came when I tried to print Pdf to my local cloud storage drive. 

This was the message I got:

This PostScript file was created from an encrypted PDF file.
Redistilling encrypted PDF is not permitted.

What did I do wrong here? I was able to "email" the document to myself but I couldn't modify even the file name. I tried again to print to PDF but I had to print all the pages not just the 1 I needed. 

If you need screenshots I can recreate and post them for better support.
