Printing PDF, horizontal bands of blank white about 1" apart

Mac OS Yosemite 10.10.15, Acrobat Pro X, MFC-J6710DW printer:

PDF's print with horizontal bands of white missing every 1" apart. Same PDF prints fine using Preview application.

Any thoughts as to cause?

Hi,

 

Go to the Brother manufacturer support website  here: https://support.brother.com/g/b/downloadlist.aspx?c=us&lang=en&prod=mfcj6710dw_all&os=10060

 

Download the printer drivers and specifically the ICA scanner driver and firmware update tool.

 

After your printer software is updated, reboot your computer and try printing again with Adobe Acrobat.
