    Hi @different_perspective0101
Apologies for the troubled experience .

Could you please let us know if this is happenning for all PDF or a specific PDF file ?
Was this issue introduced recently or was it there from before only ?

The problem has reared its head off and on since Sept. 2024 and has not always caused a rejection of my pdf document.  However, it has happened with multiple templates I've submitted.

have you downloaded the pdf to your computer and opened from that local site?

I have downloaded the publisher's pdf book cover template onto my computer (Mac) and then inserted my cover images directly into the template, then saved it and then submitted it directly into the publisher's submission site (not email).

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
