Printing PDFs Give Me Blank Pages

Question

When I print PDFs all I get out of the printer are blank pages. Even the preview in the print dialog shows blank pages to be printed. I have tried different printers and different PDFs but all come out with blank pages. I have taken the same PDFs to another computer and it prints fine to the same printer.

Sorry for the troubled experience, and thank you for reaching out.

Let us try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check for pending updates - to check for any pending updates, launch Acrobat > Help > Check For Updates.

2. Ensure your printer drivers are updated

3. If the issue is still reproducible, try repairing the app by launching Acrobat > Help > Repair Installation.

4. If the issue is still reproducible, try opening a PDF file using a Browser like Google Chrome, and try printing it.
