Printing PowerPoint File as a PDF - Letter Size

I have a PowerPoint presentation which is 13.33 x 7.5 dimensions. I'm trying to print it as a PDF in Letter Size (11 x 8.5) while "Scaling it to Size" so the format (margins) remains consistent.

So far, every time I print it in letter size the margins get distorted and aren't to scale.

Hi Sam

We are sorry for the trouble. As described, when creating the PDF form PPT the margins get distorted and aren't to scale (11x8.5)

Would you mind sharing the steps you are doing to create the PDF file?

Please try to create the PDF from the Acrobat ribbon present in the top left corner of the tool bar in Powerpoint and do the following steps:

  1. Open the PPT in Powerpoint > Go to Acrobat Ribbon
  2. Click on 'Preferences' > Advanced Settings and check the default page size (you may also change the page dimensions there) > Click OK

Then Click 'Create PDF' from the Acrobat ribbon and check.

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal
