printing problem with Acrobat Pro 2017

my wife has a MacBook Pro 15 running OS 10.13.6 (High Sierra). She had Acrobat Pro XI and then added Acrobat Pro 2017. We have two printers, a Brother MFC-7840W and a HP LaserJetMFP M477fdw. She can print pdf's from Pro XI but not from Pro 2017. I have the same type of computer and Pro XI, and I can print pdf's. Why can she not print from Pro 2017, and it is on two different printers and only Pro 2017, so it would seem to be an Adobe issue. Definitely need help.

Hi Sobellm,

Adobe Acrobat official update Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader  containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Update

Please install the latest update and see if that helps you solving the problem. Also, you may refer to the help document here Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader  for further troubleshooting steps.
