Printing Problems in Acrobat Pro

Hello, we have problems whilst printing PDFs in Acrobat Pro. It firstly takes ages (about 1-2 min) to open the printing dialouge field. Then when choosing the printer and pressing PRINT the program gives to response and crashes... This Problem is only on the version 2022.003.20322 and not on 2023.003.20284. On these machines we are also not able to install the newest version (2023....), it jumps back to the 2022 version and deletes the 2023 version for sime reason.

PS. We work with Acrobat Pro on Win10 32bit and 64bit, depends..
