Printing Problems in Acrobat Pro 2017

Hi, we recently purchased Acrobat Pro 2017 for two users, and they are both having the same problem printing.  It doesn't print, the print dialog box comes up, but when you click print nothing happens.  I saw something on-line that said delete the preferences folder - C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\<version>\preferences - that works, for a while, they end up having to delete the folder almost every other time they print.

Can anyone help with this?

Thanks,

DanW/

I wish this was NOT marked as answered, because the answer did not fix anything.  After spending hours on the phone with Adobe support, here is the solution:

In the registry, do the following:

On a 64-bit Machine, go to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\2015\FeatureState

On a 32-bit Machine, go to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\2015\FeatureState

If FeatureState key is not there, create it.

Create a DWORD 4211929 inside the FeatureState key and set its value as 1.

What is your OS version? What are your printers? What are the machine configurations?

OS = Windows 7 Pro 64 bit on both computers

We have tried it on three different printers on the two workstations:

Brother HL-4150CDN - USB connection

HP Laserjet 1020 - USB connection

Canon Image Runner iR-ADV C5240 - network printer

Both computers are the same configuration:

i5 processor / 4 Gig RAM / 500 Gig HD, over 300 Gig free

Thank you for your prompt response to this problem.
