Printing Scrollable Text

I have a form I want to produce - pdf fillable but one part of the form, the person must describe the incident/accident in full, so this could amount to a lot of text, or is there a other way to go around this.

    The only thing you can do is provide a really big text field. Text hidden by a scrolled text box does not print.
