Printing the figures and text I added to a PDF with comments

I have written and drawn some figures and text on my PDF but in my preview when printing or when I print the PDF, it doesn't come out with the text and figures on the PDF. I have tried the options "forms and comments" and also "print as image" but this doesn't work.
how did I make the figures? In the comment tab you can add a comment, highlight stuff and add Text and Figures I have also drawn stuff on my tablet using another app, but this also shows in Acrobat Reader, so shouldn't be a problem.

What can I do to make sure All of it prints?? Here is an example of my notes on a lecture slide.

You should not Preview (I assume you mean Apple Preview)  in any way. Preview is not able to show all PDFs correctly. It is a mess.

If you print from Acrobat you can choose if you print with or without comments.

If you need those comments to be part of a new PDF do following:

  1. Open the PDF with the comments in Acrobat Pro.
  2. Go to Print Production
  3. Open the Preflight.
  4. Insert in the search field comment.
  5. You see a Procedure to reduce comments and form fields.
  6. Run that and you get a PDF where the comments are part of the file.
