Printing to Adobe PDF from Remote Apps

We have Adobe set up on a terminal server using RemoteApps. Adobe is one of the programs used. Adobe itself works without issue. However, when one user is attempting to print to Adobe PDF, it errors out reporting that the Trial has expired. This user is able to print to Adobe PDF on his local install, as well as when he is fully logged into the terminal server. This issue only occurs when attempting it via remote apps.

Any thoughts on what to troubleshoot?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the delay.

As the appliation is working fine on the user machine and issue only occurs via remote apps, it could be due to improper user rights or firewall and network protection settings.

Please contact the IT admin at your end and see if that works. There isn't much that we can do.
