Printing to PDF

I installed the new version of Acrobat on my computer a couple days and ever since I've had major problems.  First the program opens and then just crashes the instant I try and do anything (open a file, print, save...)

Then I can no longer print to PDF. I used to be able to do it in all my programs (Word, Quickbooks, email, webpage...).  Now I go to print and it just stalls on the printing PDF page and won't print it.

It just stalls on this and never prints.

I've searched these boards but can't find the answer I'm looking for.  I'm ready to uninstall the new Acrobat and go back to using what I was.  I can't even OPEN or work in Acrobat cause it crashes and I can't print PDFs which are essential to my business.  This has been a huge headache and eating up way too much of my time.

Some help on how to fix this would be appreciated. Thanks.

I just ended up uninstalling DC and reinstalling my old Version 9.  I couldn't even open Acrobat without it immediately closing and I couldn't print and I needed to get work done.  If anyone knows the solution I'm all ears, but I needed a functioning Acrobat which the newest version was not working for me.
