Printing to PDF

Question

Hi, I have a problem with Adobe not printing from WORD or XL sometimes.  It says it is and then opens a blank page.  Has anyone encountered this before and if so did you solve it?

You should not "Print to PDF", you should use "Save as Adobe PDF" instead.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

As the issue occurs sometimes, please try reinstalling the application once and ensure that all applications are up to date.

Try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4bClApK).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/4bClAGg.

If the issue persists, please share the steps you followed and a video showing what happens. Also, could you share the Acrobat and OS version on the machine?
