Question

PRO DC for M1 iPad Pro

I am a long time user of Adobe products and really like how these products work. I have understood about the problems in the past about running some APPs on the iPad due to OS issues. But these days we have the iPad Pro with the M1 silicon and it seems these obstacles should no longer be a reason to stifle productivity for iPad Pro users.  I find all of the reasons that keep getting thrown up on the Adobe support pages (from years ago) to be pure 'Bull Butter'.  Adobe needs to tell us exactly why we can't have Adobe Pro DC on the iPad Pro with an M1. I mean I don't carry a MAC around all day just in case I need to create a Pro DC document. And I really don't want or like to wait until I get back to my office where my MAC is located to do such. I mean Adobe provides us with marvelous APPs to create really good products but expects us to make do with a 'READER'.  Not good!  So how about it Adobe - why no PRO DC for the iPad Pro with an M1 chip!  No threat intended just a fact, if this is not resolved soon, I may have to stop using Adobe products and find alternate ways to get my projects done.

I know this is a long standing question and the newer to date has been the same - not available.  But I hope you don't lock this thread before providing a categoric response.  I fully understand the software IS NOT available......that would be the purpose of all of the emails asking the question why and/or when.

I understand the iOS non-availability.  But, for iPadOS on an M1 iPad Pro - do not comprehend.  How many professionals use an iPad Pro (M1) for their work on the go.....I believe many.  Once again, the question is why can't we have DC Pro on the new iPad Pro (M1)?  Please let it be known 'why no Pro DC for the iPad Pro (M1)'?  Is there a technical reason?

Anyone who knows Adobe's future plans would be sworn to secrecy. And Adobe don't reveal them just because someone asks "when". Personally - I wouldn't hold your breath. Adobe do seem intent on adding more web-based functions, perhaps they see apps as old fashioned. Certainly, Adobe have shown for years that the idea of function parity never reached them.
