Pro stopped converting text layer from Photoshop 2023 pdf

With the update to Photoshop 2023, Adobe Acrobat Pro won't convert text into editable text from Photoshop PDF file. This worked in previous Ventura version.

I don't see a problem with PDFs created in Photoshop 24.0.1. Have you tried different settings from the save dialog or another font?

I have the latest version of Photoshop and the latest version of Acrobat Pro on a new iMac 24 with M1 chip with 8GB overhead and 512GB drive. This stopped working when updated to Ventura 13.0.1. Just updated Java and that at least allowed Acrobat Pro to separate type box ... before type would open as photo. However, after conversion you can tap on type area but it won't allow editing.
