Pro Version auf dem PC und am Handy?

Ich habe über mein Apple Handy die Pro Version gekauft und wollte jetzt auch am PC die Pro Version nutzen. Wenn ich mich mit demselben Account an meinem PC anmelde, wird mir jedoch nicht angezeigt, dass ich die Pro Version bereits gekauft habe, sondern lediglich, dass ich einen neuen Testgang starten könnte.

Was kann ich tun, damit ich die Pro Version sowohl am Handy als auch am PC nutzen kann?

Are you sure that you have Acrobat Pro on your iPhone?

I'm in the United States, and I just did a search for Acrobat Pro for the iPhone. It's a common search, I guess, because I only had to type the first three letters for "Acrobat Pro" to show up in the search listings. But when I got the search results from the App Store, it showed me two links for Adobe Acrobat Reader, one for Adobe Scan, and a number of third party PDF viewers. And in fact, where my iPhone showed me I had "Acrobat" installed, when I opened it, it clearly shows it is in fact Adobe Acrobat Reader.

While I'm not totally familiar with Adobe's offerings outside the US, it might be worth double-checking on your your Apple phone to make sure you in fact do have Acrobat Pro on your phone. Please let us know your results, and depending on what you find, we can try to help you from there.
