Problem because of acrobat licensing service

Adobe functionality is limited due to "acrobat licensing service.exe". After selecting an image and printing or when moving a page to explorer, Adobe stops certain functionalities. It is then (for example) no longer possible to zoom in with the mouse wheel and Ctrl and the selection tool no longer works. Once "acrobat licensing service.exe" is closed via ctrl-alt-del, the function works again but only for one time. Again and again "acrobat licensing service.exe" has to be closed to work with Acrobat.

I have reinstalled the PDF printerdriver, completely reinstalled Acrobat (first removed all files manually). Nothing helps.
