Question

Problem certificate signing in Acrobat Pro within VDI with smart card

We use  Adobe Acrobat Pro as our PDF solution on Citrix VDI environment.

People want to sign documents with a certificate that is read from a personal smart card.

The smart card certificate is read when you want to create a block in the document where you want to place it. If there is no card in the reader it shows that you have to create an ID. So that part works.

But when you did the revise and want to sign it at last it says you need to place a smart card.....

In the programm of an other software manufacturer (Foxit) it works flawlessly with the same devices, on the same environment. Only the software is different.

What can be the problem? And anyone know how to solve this?
