Problem converting PDF to Excel file

Bonjour,
Cela fait 3 semaines que nous avons des problèmes pour convertir certains fichiers PDF en Excel.Ce sont des commandes envoyées par nos clients, nous les transformons en Excel pour les intégrer ensuite dans notre logiciel.Cela fait des années que l'on fait cela. Mais là depuis 3 semaines certains fichiers bloques.Voir la photo jointe pour voir le message d'erreur que l'on a.Comment faire pour débloquer ce problème ?

As mentioned above, the issue occurs with some PDFs. Did you try converting the PDF on the Acrobat Online account to check if you got the same error? If not, try once.

Would you mind sharing the PDFs with us so we can check them on our end? Share the screenshot of the error message, as it is not visible in the screenshot shared.

Share the Acrobat and OS version numbers.
