problem embedding videos in pdf

I'm using Acrobat pro (version 2023.008) to embed videos(.mp4) into pdf files. The embedded video plays when clicked on, but it appears on the page as a black box. It should be possible to see the "title page" of

the video instead of a black box. How do I set this?
