problem in converting pdf/a format

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to convert scanned documents to pdf/a format, is that correct?

Try embedding the missing fonts using preflight option and check if that helps. Refer to the following forum thread for the same:

Thank you. Please click the triangle next to "Font not embedded..." and fully open so we can see the font names. You need to own a license to the fonts used.

Please give exact text of error in preflight.
