Hi Connie,

I assume you are working on Windows computer? If this is the case then-

You may refer to the help document AcroRead msi missing (Acrobat Reader)  and try the solution suggested.

Let us know if it doesn't work.

I tried that solution, but it did not work. The troubleshooter could not identify the problem. I manually checked each Adobe folder/subfolder in my C: drive for the AcroRead.msi file, but it's missing. I cannot uninstall or update Adobe Reader without it. Where can I get a copy of this file? Please note: 1) I'm a tech novice and 2) I'm running Windows 10.
