In meinem Acrobat Reader hat siech eine Einstellung für 2 Exemplare pro Seite festgebrannt.
Wie kann ich das wieder umstellen?
Auch eine Neuinstallation half nichts.
Bin für jeden Tipp dankbar.

Thank you so much, Amal.

I was able to solve the problem myself after a while:

I replaced the printer driver with a different one, and now everything works again.

The only strange thing was that it only printed two pages with PDFs, but not with other documents.

Best regards

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

It sounds like Acrobat Reader is remembering an old print setting and using it every time.

A few things you can try:

1. Reset your print settings inside Acrobat Reader
Open any PDF > go to File > Print > in the Print dialog, change Copies per page back to 1 > then click Cancel (not Print).
This forces Acrobat to update the default print configuration.

2. Reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/4rQSsk6 and reboot the computer once.

3. Check your printer driver defaults
Sometimes the printer driver overrides Acrobat’s settings.
Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > right-click your printer > Printing Preferences > check if “2 copies per page” is set there. Change it to normal and save.

Let us know how it goes.
