Problem mit Stifthardware (Wacom vs. Surface)

auf meinem PC (Windows 11 mit Wacom) fehlt in den Einstellungen von Adobe Acrobat (Version 24.004.20272) im Tab Kommentieren die Option "Stifthardware automatisch erkennen, um Kennzeichnung zu aktivieren", die ich auf meinem Surface Pro zur Verfügung habe. Was kann ich da machen?

Genau diese Option ist notwendig, um endlich wieder Acrobat sinnvoll zum Stift-basierten Kommentieren nutzen zu können, während ich mit der Hand im Dokument scrollen kann!

Liebe Entwickler von Acrobat: Acrobat ist toll. Aber warum wird es so schwierig gemacht, Acrobat zum Stift-basierten Kommentieren nutzbar zu machen, während man mit der Hand durch das Dokument scrollen kann?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat.

Would you mind letting us know if the Acrobat you are using on your PC came in pre-installed, or if you downloaded it from the Microsoft Store?

Would you mind trying out the steps mentioned here: How to disable Touch Mode in Acrobat and Acrobat Reader and letting us know if it works?

If it doesn't, please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/4fLiP4K, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/3OtRW9k and see if that works for you.
