Problem opening Acrobat DC Distiller

Question

Have installed acrobat DC from Creative Cloud, but distiller keeps crashing every time i try and open it. Have uninstalled & re-installed and no different and i don't have an older version as back up. Keep getting same message everytime i try and open Distiller (see pic)

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, when you try to open the Acrobat DC you get the error 'Distiller quits unexpectedly' on Mac

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version please take help from the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html

Is the application crashing on opening the PDF file or on the startup of the application itself?
