Hi, I have a problem. I have Adobe Pro but it won't let me run the option to effectively protect or edit a PDF. I try to protect a file inside the shared network folder and I can't even though I can modify, delete files inside the server and those specific folders, do you have any idea why?

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs in the shared network folder? What happens when you try to protect the PDF? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenhot of the same for a better understanding.
Also, try to download the PDF file in question to your computer locally and then try to protect it via Adobe Acrobat pro and see if that works.
If its an issue with the shared network folder, please check for the group settings or try to contact the IT at your end to check for any restrictions applied.
