Problem with Acrobat XI Pro on Windows 10

Hello everyone!

Earlier our Company used a free version of Acrobat Reader with a preview function for the documents in a folder, which is activated in the explorer by "View – Preview area" on the menu, and that was OK.

Since we crossed over to Acrobat XI Pro, the following problem has arisen: until the document preview is not activated, none of PDF files can be deleted from the folder, the system displays a message that the file is opened in another program and cannot be deleted.

This is a known issue, and since Acrobat XI is already outdated and no longer supported by Adobe, there won't be any fixes for it.
