Problem with Double sided printing in Adobe Reader DC

I have this problem with Adobe Reader DC on this one computer.  Every time I print it prints double sided.  It doesn't matter if I uncheck the option to print double sided it keeps printing the same.  The option isn't checked on the printer itself either.  I have restarted the computer, restarted the printer, reinstalled Adobe Reader DC, uninstalled it and installed an older version, used the Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool and reinstalled it, and nothing is working.  Please help.

This is on Windows 10 Pro.

Hi jeffp9800854,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As per my understanding of the issue from the description above, Reader is printing in double-side only, and for that you have unchecked double-sided printing option in printer's settings, reinstalled Reader using Cleaner tool as well as tried installing older version of Reader, is that correct?

Could you try reinstalling Printer's driver and see if that works?

You may refer to following link describing the process: Using Device Manager to Uninstall Devices and Driver Packages | Microsoft Docs

Once uninstalled, visit your printer's manufacturer website to download updated driver.

Also, share the version of Reader installed on the machine: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Have you tried printing using other applications like MS Word? Does it also prints in duplex-mode only?

Keep us posted with the results.
