problem with mail notification adobe pro dc

We have a subscription  of  ADOBE PRO DC, and we have problem with the mails sended by ADOBE to our users for activation and notification licences ADOBE PRO DC.

Our users never receive mails from ADOBE

the event happend after 17 january 2021 

After serach , we have detected the problem is in the domain @10535216-west-2.amazonses.com , the applicance security for our company block  this domain , the reason is the  sender in the header of   message comming from ADOBE  is XXX@us-west-2.amazonses.com  instead of notication@adobe.com  and  @10535216-west-2.amazonses.com is blocked.
