Problem with Organize Pages feature

I have no idea how to get to the right place, and the chat agents are not helping. I am having issues with the Organize Pages fewature, and need to know how to fix it.

The only thing I could get from the chat agent was PDF Pack. I know this is a specific program, but have no idea how to actually get help with the Organize Pages feature within the document cloud.
