problem with read out loud

Hi Community

 

I have a problem with the read out loud function. I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro on my Desktop ( Windows 10 64bit). I have two PDF files which are functioning fine with the read out loud function. When i merge them one part of the new PDF doesn't work with the read out loud function and i get the message "warning empty page". When i open the new PDF in Microsoft Edge or the Adobe Cloud the read out loud function works fine and the warning message is gone maybe someone in the community knows how to fix this problem.

    i merged a pdf which i created myself in word and a pdf i downloaded from the Internet.

    I merged it wit the mergin tool from Adobe Acrobat Pro and to double chek i also merged it with the free tool pdf24

    in both cases the problem occurs. The part that always is recognised as empty page by de read out loud function is the part i downloaded from the internent.
