problem with scale and printing document

Hello to all,

I have a problem with the printing scale of a document. The document have a dimension of C6 format (114x116mm) but if a print and set the dimension in Adobe, the scale is different of the paper.

If I select effective dimension, the dimensions are good, but the print is wrong
