Problema al firmar un documento digitalmente un documento protegido con contraseña

Buenas tardes a tod@s,

 

Me encuentro con el siguiente problema:

 

Tengo contratada una licencia adobe pdf estandar y al bloquear el documento siguiendo los pasos que me indican aqui https://helpx.adobe.com/es/acrobat/using/securing-pdfs-passwords.html al intentar firmar ese documento protegido solo me deja plasmar una firma desde una imagen, la opcion de firma digital me aparece deshabilitado en gris.

 

Espero que podais ayudarme o indicarme que pued estar ocurriendo.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If its a file-specific issue, please share the file with us for testing.

Also, a small video recording of the steps you are doing and the issue you are experiencing would be very helpful.

 

Ensure that you have the application updated to the recent version 22.3.20282 (Win Only) go to help > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

I attach a video showing the error and screenshots with the version and showing that it is fully up to date.

The document has been a new one generated by me from a word.

Hi there

 

Thank you for sharing the video recording. As the PDF file is secured using the password. It can not be sent for requesting signatures powered by Adobe Sign (Cloud-based service.)

To request signatures via Adobe Sign you need to remove the password settings from the PDF file.
