Gracias

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

It sounds like the issue may be related to the specific file or the way Acrobat Pro is handling it. Since it opens correctly in Acrobat Web and Adobe Reader, the file itself does not appear to be corrupted. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Check for Updates in Acrobat Pro:
Ensure that Acrobat Pro is fully updated to the latest version (24.05.20320). Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

2. Run a Repair Installation (Win Only):
In Acrobat Pro, go to Help > Repair Installation to fix any potential issues with the application.

Optimize the File

3. Open the file in Acrobat Pro and try optimizing it:
Go to File > Save as Other > Optimized PDF.
Save the optimized version and see if it resolves the issue.

4. Disable Protected View (For Testing):
Sometimes, security settings can interfere with file rendering. To disable Protected View:
Go to Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced).
Turn off Protected View by selecting "Off".
Note: Please turn on the security after testing to avoid any security risk.
Try opening the file again (ensure the file is from a trusted source).

5. Check Plug-ins and Extensions:
Disable any third-party plug-ins in Acrobat Pro, as they may conflict with file handling. You can manage plug-ins under Help > About Adobe Plug-ins.

Let us know how it goes.
